Please identify the purpose of these.

First, I apologize but I find no publications on the systems in the motorhome that I am looking at.   On the front of the coach there are two Schrader valves.  I assume they have something to do with the suspension.

Please identify and tell me how/what to use/do with them.

They are located dead center of the grill on the front.
