Description: Leaked around the front vent, the roof air conditioner, along the sides, where the calbe to the non-functioning dish is and through pinholes under the old, peelling roof coating.

The best kind of day to do this is one which is sunny, hot and low-humidity with just a slight breeze.  This makes the optimum conditions for the water you clean with and the roof coatings to dry quickly.
