Will these wheels fit Mini-Winnie? UK ebay

I have 8 stud 16.5 rims.  But the tyres for these are very expensive to get in the UK. 

However I understand that there are 16" rims of mixed application which will fit, and for 16" rims there is a good availability of tyres in the UK. 

So, I think I've found some suitable 16" rims and tyres on UK ebay - can anyone confirm if they think these would fit Mini-Winnie ?

Take a look at the results when you put - > 16 < - in the message search.  There's size applications and disc brake considerations which are covered.
