50. Spend $$ to top off gas tank, propane tank, and fill up water tank to prepare your hurricane escape pod... and didn't need it (having it available = priceless!)...

50 A  Filling fresh water tank (40 gal) and fireing up refrigerator Then power comes back on as house refrigerator just gets up to 40o   Frank

You will always need at least 1 more 110v outlet than you have.

Breakfast cooked on an old Coleman stove always tastes better than if it was made at home.

The "perfect" quiet campsite, will always be right next to the campsite that was just rented by Bubba, CarolAnn, and their 5 kids (all under 6)...

RV bathrooms are always designed for campers who are only 13" wide... and showers are designed for people who are under 4'10"

Dogs always stick their noses on the windows you just scrubbed clean.

I really enjoyed that.  I even found myself chuckling out of guilt at a couple of them. 
I have an addition to your list.

#?  You didn't know your roof leaked until a down pour and all you can do is put out the pots to collect the water.

58. You will inevitably have to drain, unbolt and move your fresh water tank to reach that dead mouse.
59. After fixing, replacing, installing etc marker lights there will be at least one not working within 24hrs.
60. There are 10+ ways to run a electric wire, yet the PO picked the path of most resistance
