Florida.  The daytime temps are PERFECT (and so are the night time ones) and you have beaches and shell hunting, snorkeling, dolphins, manatees and all kinds of things to see and do.

Any suggestions on towns in AZ? Or maybe a cheaper park thats open year round? I did find one that was $200/month in AZ but the guy I spoke to said it gets REALLY cold there. Dont remember where it was at though.

Mark... Georgia is about the same as Florida, nice year round but I was thinking of heading west for a change of scenery.

Its a huge state, and climate varies by elevation tremendously.  You could easily snowbird in Arizona and never leave the state.  Spend the summers in Flagstaff, and the winters in the Valley, etc.  National forests and BLM lands EVERYwhere!
