As far as shocks go, this Monroe link has been posted several times here on the forum, but I'll link here one more time. Sometimes it is hard to find.  It is very helpful in picking out a shock number.

Nice web site.
The only error is Monroe's omission in Dodge 1973-1963 listing not showing the M400.  I have a D22C, which is a 1972 Dodge M400 chassis and takes the longer 555013 front shocks with 11" of travel (my RV had the original Dodge MAECO #3633745 shocks).  The next year ('73) the shocks had a shorter 9.5" of travel.

Thanks again,
John

Thanks, bro.  I updated the original post link so peeps don't get sent off into Romulan territory.

I've been battling the front shock/fitment on the 72' Chieftain M375 - come to find out - Napa part number
NS 66859 is a potential fit - as the 11" of travel is ideal.  I'm heading to NAPA - I'll post-up my findings as soon as I get 'em fitted!
