  peace and love to the planet. i  cann't find rear drum brake hardware kit for my 1976 winnebago itasca with a chevy p30 chasis any help will be appreciate. thank you

Should be readily available. I would go to a big player AP like NAPA and ask.

The Bendix P/N for a 76 Chevy P30 rear drum brake hardware kit is H7055 (http://www.bendixcatalog.com/PartDetail.aspx?PartNumber=H7055&PartType=Drum%20Hardware%20Kit)

According to that site it was the same from 1974 to 1999 for drum break applications.  Many P30's have 4 wheel disc brakes.
