Can cruise control be added to a 1979 Dodge sportsman?

Any help would be much appreciated.

Yes, cruise control can be added.  Matching up what aftermarket system will work is the challenge but, I believe there are "universal" systems you can buy. The quality of them is very important.  Go with what's proven to be good vs lowest price.
