Are all these parts from the cruise control.

The bottom pic this part is on the speedo cable.
Where can I get a speedo cable from that goes from the transmission to the speedo. Hm?

The top part is a cruise control transducer but the bottom part appears to be a transducer for an electronic speedometer or the computer controls on a later model computer controlled vehicle which I know you do not have.
