Good morning forum - During my annual Memorial Day excursion I had a wind storm come up and break my awning off - took it right up and over my roof. The awning material itself and the roller are intact but it destroyed both arms. I had to wire it up and zip tie it to get home.

The awning was made by Dometic. I have run across a brand new set of arms for a sweet deal but they are made by carefree. They look the same in the pictures. Does anyone know if carefree arms will work with a dometic roller?

I decided to hold off for now. Going to hold out for some A&E to pop up locally. If not I will most likely put a new awning on it in a few months down the road.
