Just replaced my battery terminal ends on the Onan in my Landau. As I was hooking the battery up I got a spark at the terminal and realized WRONG TERMINAL! Hooked up the battery properly and the engine will no longer crank when either of the starter switches(in cab and in the generator cabinet) are activated. I can however get the fuel pump to activate by hitting the primer switch but the fuel pump will not activate when either of the start switches are activated.

I checked all three fuses in the generator cabinet as well as all of the switches in the main fuse panel and they're intact. Circuit breakers are good.

Only thing I'm wondering is if the control board is shot # 300C859

Any way to test it?

Lots of different Onans out there.  What is the model number?

Based on the schematic showing both diodes and transistors, yes it is possible you may have blown some of the components on the control board.  If you are near a RV repair center, they may have a control board tester to test it with.
