Sorry for my absence folks!  I took a technology break from ALL the forums I am a member of for winter vacation.  I only hopped on the computer during morning coffee for emails and short bursts on Facebook.

Winter vacation was indeed awesome, and good times were had by all!  After Carolina, we visited my sister and mom in St. Mary's, GA for a week, and then drove straight across the country to Safford, AZ, where we spent the whole vacation at a nice RV park.  I know...you were all looking forward to glorious boondocking adventures, but we decided to spoil ourselves with full hookups right under beautiful Mount Graham.

So...vacation was fun, but would have been pretty boring for you all to read.  Wake up, walk the dogs, go to the gym, walk the dogs, cook meals, etc.  Standard routine stuff.

Anyhow, we are set up and safe and sound at our camp at the Arizona Renaissance Festival!  Opening day yesterday was strong, and it was a lot of fun!  Glad to be back to work!

So I'm back folks!

Thanks guys!  Opening weekend was great overall!  Today is going to be a busy day, as will be the rest of the week.  First its Bizarre Bazzar with Patti, and then I am taking my new Glock 21 to the shooting range...I can't wait!  The rest of the day of course will be running around getting materials for this week's catapult run.  I also have to build 2 large catapults (3 foot and 7 foot) for the Carnagie Science Center.  Vacation is definitely over now!

That's the one, Frank!  And I'll be shipping them.

After I take the dogs on their walk, I'll be going to the shooting range to try out my new toys!

Then I have to clean them, and then get all my catapult parts cut out for the rest of the week.  Should be fun!

200 rounds through each, and they functioned flawlessly and accurately with no malfunctions.  And MAN are they fun to shoot!  The rest of the week will be catapult building of course!

Good idea, Frank!  If I have time to have some made I will.  There is probably a trophy shop in town.

The three day weekend is finally over, and we are exhausted!  Money was made and good times were had by all.  We are going to be extremely busy this week building catapults, that's for sure!

I'm driving through Arizona in May, will you be still there ?

ClydesdaleKevin

In May we'll be in Muskogee, Oklahoma.

MAN was this a busy week, and today is going to be just as busy!  I have to knock out 5 more trebuchets, 10 oak catapistols, and keep on plugging away for the Science Center order.

The motor cable in the tailgate of the K5 Blazer gave up the ghost, so Monday I'll be ordering the parts to fix it.  Glad I'm in Arizona and its not supposed to rain for at least another week or two...lol!

All 3 rivers in Pittsburgh are frozen all the way across Creating major river traffic problems . If there is a fast warm up there will be serious flooding there !

Suckers!!!...LMAO!!!  Just kidding...already saw a freakin' rattle snake this year down here.  The weekend sales were great, and today's materials run went without a hitch.  I even bought Patti a new rifle...a Kel-Tec SU-16c.  Super awesome rifle, with some really neat features!

3 people I know that owned Kel Tec: daughter and son in law, both weapons jam repeatedly.

The third was dear friend in Memphis, gun jammed, sent it back twice. Third time it jammed he tried to clear, weapon discharged and shot himself in his heart, died instantly.
Yeah, stupidity, but 3 people I know, all owned Kel Tec, all 3 guns jammed. One is dead.
