Scroll down and select Chevy/GM P30 Chassis, Maintenance, and Parts.
Scroll further down to listing of chassis manuals by year
You may have to use the additional password (bold and highlighted in yellow) when you get to the download screen.
It's a technical thing which the storage site changed so not all files require it at this point.

I used to own a 1991, then a 1996 Chevy P30 and currently 2003 Workhorse P30 RV and have to say - they are all mostly identical.
So when you go on the Link Dave provided and you look at the Service Manuals for 1999-2003 W & P series you find roughly 10.000 pages of the finest chassis documentation for the P30 platform. They will not help with the carbureted engines - but everything which came later.
