So, I need to find a gasket set for my 73 Brave with the 318-3 engine. I can not seem to find gaskets for the 318-3 anywhere. They have been on order at NAPA, but still on factory back order. I was hoping that someone might have a manufacturer and part number that I could use to cross reference and find what I need.
It seems the old small block is getting coolant in the oil so I need to pull the intake and heads to find the cause of the problem. I'm assuming it's just a bad gasket either under the intake or one of the heads, but I will have the heads magnafluxed and check them with a flat bar to make sure they are not cracked or warped. It needs valve seals worse than bad, so a whole top end gasket set would be ideal.

I'm not sure. My concern is that the 318-3 has and enhanced cooling system compared to the regular 318. Is there cooling jackets that run trough the intake that would require a 318-3 specific gasket set?
