Classic Winnebagos & Vintage RVs

Had just gotten the RV running and a friend suggested entering it at a local downtown featival car show. He said it was for fun and was entering his rusty '46 truck. So thought it would be good to maybe get some restorer contact info. Showed up at the rally point and the event organizer said, "You entering that?" Uh oh I thought and answered "Yeph" "Cool!" he said.

Well the Winnebago ended up way in the back because it was "special" but what a blast! All the people that visited and talked what fun times they remembered in one. And at the end, we were paraded out through downtown and I could not believe the yelling and cheering as we went by. Well it was a festival so beers were probably a factor. Anyway, being the only RV we would have placed if they had a RV class, but did get free parking downtown. Great time!

Looks like fun, who knows maybe next year they will have a RV catergory
