I wanted to ask what the legal situation is in each state regarding Camp Fire.

That depends on the state, and most likely the county  or principality laws within each state as well. They will vary so there must literally be tens of thousands of specific ordinances.

And, it depends if your referring to state game lands or campgrounds.
