When trying to open (in Suburban Furnaces)
DD, NT, SF & P Models
I get:
IE cannot display this feed
This feed contains code errors
When I click on 'More information' I get:
An invalid character was found in text content
Line:2 Character:2
Temperature is below freezing and I am experiencing furnace issues. Any help in opening this would be greatly appreciated.
No problem opening other manuals.

I presume you downloaded it and are trying to open it as a local file? Can you try downloading again if so?
I hesitate in offering but due to your dire circumstances can you look for an alternative source for the manual?

hmm, only see this in ie. Works fine in MS Dull Edge, Firefox, Chrome. I suspect it has something to do with the fact there a 3 "spaces" in the file name.
