So, I got a new flowjet maceration pump for my birthday. When I went to hook it up I discovered that the waste tank hook ups on my 1975 winnebago are bigger than the supposedly standard 3 inch fitting on the macerater. Have you guys had something like this happen? Does anyone know where I could get an adapter? Thanks for reading:)
Not sure where that pump connects. Is it after the dump valve? If so, the hose size difference is common. Take a look at this reply to another topic, it talks about reducers and where to get them. Additional sources anyone is aware of would be good to post the link to on this post rather than the older one cited below.

Did someone install the old style Thetford valves (http://www.vintagetrailersupply.com/Thetford_Valves_Fittings_s/106.htm) on you rig?
Many old Winnebagos had Thetford valves and connections. I know my '77 did until I changed them for, wait for it... Dupree Twis-Loc valves. The best on the market if I say so myself... W% Rick
I am not sure what was installed. I am at least the fifth owner. I can say that my valve hook up is about an inch bigger than the one on my new macerator. I am trying to find an adapter. I don't want to have to change the valves on my tanks. It sounds like a can of worms....
