I don't know if people will like these. I guess probably most of you know all this stuff. However, I wish I could time travel and tell them to me. If people find this tip useful or entertaining I will add more. Here goes!
1) Always.... ALWAYS make sure your waste tank dump hose has the rubber gasket in place before connecting your Vintage RV to a dump station. If that tiny rubber piece is not in place you could end up like me and have sewage flood the area. Ugh right in front of a long line of people waiting.........not my best work...

Wait till your dog (or someone else's) runs under it & knocks the main coupling OFF the full tank...chasing a ball! Your absolutely right. How embarrassing
