For those interested in modifying their own carb or want to know a little more about it. 'Tuner' is a former GM engineer who posts in numerous forums. Seems very knowledgeable.

Now these guys are serious Quadrajet builders, (Dave visit this page) It is full of modifications for MPG, Things i have never heard of. Plugging and drilling /bending throttle plates etc, They reengineer carburators, Also did not know, Thermoquad was as efficent a carb as a QJ for atomizing fuel. Frank
