From 97 on back (no 98s were made!!) F250 and 350 single rear wheel and 2004 and earlier E250/E350 single rear wheel vans have an 8-6.5" bolt pattern, 5.15" bore and are stud centered.

Ford 99-04 F-350 Superduty dual rear wheel have 8-170mm pattern, 4.93" bore and are hub centered.
Ford 84-97 F-350 dual rear wheel (Production from 01/85 - for trucks built 12/84 and prior use 8-6.5" pattern, 4.75" bore, stud centered).
84-up E-350/450/Superduty dual rear wheel (Production from 01/85 - for trucks built 12/84 and prior use 8-6.5" pattern, 4.75" bore, stud centered) use 8-6.5" bolt pattern, 4.88" bore and are hub centered.
Depends on what truck you are wanting to swap with. In short, with the 3/4 and 1 ton trucks.... maybe!
So I'd say they are the same? Based on we know the 93 and under fit?
