Description: after having new rubber installed and on the 15 mile trek home, there was a hard stumble as if I had came down on the brakes crazy hard - then it was free. No problems driving the rest of the way home but  I had experienced a rear-end locking up in a pick-up many years ago so I suspected the same here.
