I'm wondering where I can get a listing (online or otherwise) of RV/trailor parks. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

A good place to look for campground listings is www.woodalls.com (http://www.woodalls.com/)

And here's a great resource right here on CWVRV for info on thousands of campgrounds in North America, including Canada.  It's interactive and provides phone numbers, addresses, and website links too!

speaking of which, can we add to those listed? And maybe rate them?

I don't know if you can add any.  However, when you click on a campground and look down the middle of the info page (yeah, there is a crap-load of ads) there is a "Basic Info" section and below that is a "visited this place?" section with a link to rate a review.
