"B" = Boondocker. The same unit (PowerMax PM4B-45) without the "B" (PowerMax PM4-45) has the same specifications, except as previously noted. In the two models listed, the "4" is for 4 charging modes ( a "3" would be 3 charging modes), the "45" is for 45 amp (different # = different amp).  :)
