Evening everyone.

I have been lurking around for about a month or two. I am very interested in restoring and modifying a classic motorhome / RV. We shall see where this journey takes me.

I know this will not be cheap or a quick fix. Google will be there to help me fix something that I do not know how to...lol

One thing I am fighting with is Ceiling height! Being 6'4" does not help!

Any comments or suggests.....Bring them

Welcome aboard.
You might try looking at Sportscoach's.  They might have been a wee bit higher.

LOL!  Now that there's funny.  Google don't know diddly.

Here's a suggestion for you.  Look for your help here.  It'll take a lot less time to get your answers and they'll be better ones.

Welcome :) more Floridians here.

I'm 6'3" and know what you are talking about. I tried half a dozen RVs before I settled for a more modern model. (probably on of the last with the P30 Chassis)
What are you looking for and what is the budget ?

I know Orlando is great for shopping modern coaches, but we've got a lot RV-Dealers and private parties dealing around Fort Myers. Were I live I drive by 6-7 RV- Dealer every day.
So if you give me a hint I keep my eyes open.

I want vintage that will fit a tall guy...lol. 60's 70's or maybe (BIG IF) 80's. Unique and not modern. Something you done see every day!

My budget is not shy. But I do not want something complete and done by someone else.

I'll have to measure floor to ceiling in our Tiffin... if you are considering other than Winnies... that is... I have the reverse problem  5'0".... Seat all the way forward to reach the gas pedal...:-)....

Of course it did.  Any search engine will.  We've been top of the shanty for over decade so if Google didn't bring you here, it would be altogether worthless.
