1974 Brave: Where is the Buss (chassis) Fuse Panel?

Hi all, I have a 1974 Winnebago Brave and i have a silly question. Where the heck is the fuse box I've looked everywhere. I have head lights but no tail lights or brake lights and the gauges dint work(temp,water,etc) I think it might have some blown fuses but i cant find the darn fuse panel??

It is mounted to the left side of the steering wheel column under the dash.
One of those contortunist jobs.  Upside down laying on your back looking up in to the bowels of the dash.  There may also be a fake footboard in the way.

I find it easier to get to by taking the drivers side seat out.
