judiernie (http://www.classicwinnebagos.com/forum/index.php?action=profile;u=6526) [10:38 AM]:Where can I find a parking brake valve for a 1988 John Deere Chassis Southwind with a 460 in it?

This was asked in toolbox, they logged off before I could suggest posting here, so I am doing it for them..

Questions (Oriented towards the Service Manual):
Is this the early cable version or the later linkage version?
Do you need the control valve or relay valve?

For reference, this is actually a Ford Medium Duty truck parking brake system however will need much more detail to have any hope of answering your questions.

Found the parking brake control valve for John Deere chassis on a 460 Ford 88 southwind. The RW 24200 JD part cross references to Bendix TW -12. Freightliner has them. Yay!!'

Thank you very much, guys!  This is why I say the Gearbox chat room is great for emergency help, but routine tech questions should be posted on the forum boards.  Using the Gearbox for regular questions only helps the person asking and that prevents anyone else who may need the same info from benefitting from it as well.
