Title: Fuel boosters

Do the fuel boosters like STP Fuel Additive Octane Booster help or harm my1973 winnie I and almost empty and wanted to add it to next fill up thanks for any help

It will not harm the engine but if you need higher octane to stop pinging then use premium gas. The additives are more hype than substance plus if you add it all up the premium gas is cheaper in the long run. If you are looking for more power................. Well, it just don't work that way, Sorry. Higher octane burns slower so less power in a low compression engine.
