My name is  Jerry,
I bought a 1989 Winnebago Chieftain a week ago, and have been learning my way around it.

It is a great unit, in good condition, with 49,000 miles, and runs smooth, but like anything 26 years old it needs a few things,
heater core attached, or replaced
Dash AC needs a compressor, a clutch, and other parts
A couple of delaminated areas above the rear wheels.
Interior is ready to roll. Appears to have been a reasonably we'll cared for RV.
Going to redo the bath, and wallpaper.
Once spring, and warm weather arrive, exterior paint will be the project.
