Experience with Samlex ARC-160 Automatic Charge Isolator?

Anyone used, or heard about, the Samlex ARC-160 Automatic Charge Isolator? 

From the directions, it sounds like it should do the same thing as the Intellitec B.I.R.D., but is a one-package solution...

I have never heard of this paticular product before myself.  Best I can recommend is google reviews for Samlex America and see what people have to say about their products in general.

It does operate like a B.I.R.D controller but has the relay built in.

Given that the relays are the weak point, I think I would prefer to have the relay seperate from the controller.  Much cheaper replacement costs.
