I am currently running 8 x 17.5 rims on my 73 Brave. Very tired of trying to find tires.. Does anyone know if I can switch to a newer dodge donor rim maybe in 17" which I think would still me good revolution for fuel economy but easier to find tires... The 17" ers seem to show up allot on Craigslist here in AZ. I would also like to go with a little wider tire in front for tracking.. All comments are appreciated

The dodge wheels have smaller holes for the studs. You could probably drill them out, but then they're still not coined so you may have a centering problem
