Welcome to our little piece of the web.
You will need to find the Dodge VIN plate and decode the VIN number.

Go to the Dodge Message Board, look to your right and up a little on the side bar.  Dodge VIN decoder.

It says it's a MB400. An the 3rd digit says it's a...

4Conventional Cab with Sweptline box; Compact Hi Line Wagon(Royal Sportsman),MB3 High-Line
I don't know what that all meens. It's got a 440 in it. I am needing to get a radiator for it. I'm not sure what to look up on Rockauto.com

The quickest way to find out how long it is, is to take a 50' tape measure and measure it front bumper to the rear bumper.

Use the 1978 Dodge CB300 selection with a 7.2L 440 at Rock Auto.  As far as the radiator, it will be the same for B300, CB300, MB300, and MB400.

B300 is base  1 ton Passenger van
CB300 is the commercial 1 ton Kary van
MB300 is the lower GVW rating (8500 to 9000 GVW) Class C motorhome chassis
MB400 is the higher GVW rating (11,500 GVW) Class C motorhome chassis
