Just a shot in the dark....but if anyone out there can shed some light on this...I'd really appreciate it.

I need to replace the king pin on the passenger side of my 72 Winnebago D-18 Brave with a Dodge M-30 Chassis. Are the Kaiser Quick Kits the way to go ( www.vwkaiser.com ) as opposed to the old fashion king pin and re drill? Mike in the technical department at Kaiser indicated that he would need the axle model number to match up the right kit....without tearing it down and taking measurements.

Any idea, how I can figure out what the axle model number is? Mike...indicated that there are normally markings on the axle. I looked and couldn't seem to find them.

Much thanks in advance...

I went to the www.vwkaiser.com site, and didn't find any link to explore their products!
