A lot of pictures I see of Winnebagos there are large black numbers either on the brow or rear of the RV, I'm assuming they're some sort of registration, but what type?

If'n I remember correctly from another post I read elsewhere, that is an original Winnebago club registry number..

Winnebago International Travelers Club registration number, to be historically accurate.  You can track the previous owner who originally registered it with that number.  The number was also placed on the front eyebrow as well.

There's also a WIT logo decal which goes along with it, I really can't make it out for sure, but it looks like you have it.  Many are in really poor shape, so I made a replacement decal:

Some also came in solid red design.

I just noticed... you can see where I put my rear leveling bubbles just above each rear taillight.
