1986 Chieftain Wipers don't work
« on: February 26, 2019, 05:00 PM »

Recently purchased a 1986 Winnebago Chieftain. This is my first rv and I have come across a lot of questions that little by little I figure out. I recently tried turning on my wipers and they didnt work. Does anyone know how to fix? Is there a motor that may not be working? If so where located? Is it a fuse? If so where that might be located. Thanks for any info.

I purchased a cheap 87 chieftain, and let me tell you - you're in for a LOT of fixin if the previous owner wasn't maintaining it. I didn't think I'd have my hands in nearly every part of the RV after 3 years of ownership.

2000 turned into 20,000 to do it right, without adding my time and labors. Fortunately, this site is pretty awesome, and make use of the search feature when possible.
