help with wiper arms on a 1969 dc22

Does anyone know of a source to get new windshield wiper arms? My 1969 doesnt have them at all. Previous owner removed them for some unknown reason. I can probably order a universal one if someone could measure theirs for me and get detailed pics of how it mounts. thank you for your help.
