I lucked out and scored a 100W solar panel at a garage sale for $20.00. I already have a 100W panel on the roof, plus a controller and an inverter. I want to add this in series with that panel but all the videos I find are for adding an all new system. Has anyone added additional panels to their existing system?

Sorry, only have one panel but should be straightforward install if you already figured out your system can handle panels in series. If looking for more info, this blog may help.  https://www.renogy.com/blog/should-i-wire-my-panels-in-parallel-or-in-series/

My system has 2 panels and they came with these type of fancy splitters which connect to both the panels and then to the cables that go down to the controller: https://powerwerx.com/solar-mc4-tbranch-splitter-2to1?

I recently added a ground-mounted 100 watt panel, and I simply ran another line from the output of those panels to the input of my charge controller, since it's will handle 30 amps. Hope that helps!

I'll take a look. Thanks for the info and the link.
