Title: Cheap (pseudo) surround sound for your RV
Post by: tiinytina on October 01, 2010, 07:42 AM
Just bought a new set of used computer speakers for our RV and realized I hadn't put anything up about this idea we had.

Instead of installing a whole stereo system with surround sound for our RV TV, we purchased a nice set of computer speakers with subwoofer.  The small speaker set we chose (an older Boston Acoustic set) can be easily mounted under top cabinets, and the subwoofer sits under the dinette bench. All are powered by plugging in directly to electric, and the speaker jack goes directly into the TV set.   Can also plug the speaker jack into an MP3 player too....

I have a set of those too. They have good sound. I think I will do the same, since they are just laying around my garage. :)ThmbUp
