Hello does anyone know where to find an hour meter for an onan 5.0k cck gen set. How do you test the meter and which end is "+" "-". :-[

Thanks to all. it is a 2" round meter.

I would just Google "hour meter" and go from there. They are pretty much universal. I am pretty sure it will be marked as to + and -. Testing it is a matter of checking to see if it has voltage coming to it when the generator is running. If there is voltage and you have a good ground on the negative side then the meter is probably bad. They almost never go bad though.
