1st coat is a MIL-SPEC acid wash primer.  Then a MIL-SPEC epoxy primer. Color is Sherman Williams Jet Glo Express, a polyester polyurethane paint used on jet airplanes.    Expensive, yes, but nothing else withstand the sun like polyurethane.  Cost for the paint and paint supplies was about $1500!
The vertical rough-corner body seams (under the 1/4 round moldings) were sealed before priming and painting.  This is more effective than sealing the moldings to keep out water like the factory.  They probably did not have our advanced sealants.
